Within the framework of the bioXclusters project, we are planning a trade mission to Brazil in order to learn about the biotech sector in this country. This mission is planned to take place between 9th and 14th September 2012.
All partners in the project, as well as some of the companies located in the partners’ regions, will take part in this mission. Its objective is to approach the Brazilian market, better understand its biotech and health sectors and open channels to foster cooperation between SMEs in the four regions and Brazil. During the mission, we will visit different biotech and life science organizations in São Paulo and Rio de Janeiro and will participate in the BioPartnering Latin America Convention.
This trade mission follows the visit to the bioXclusters regions by Eduardo E. Soares, President of Biominas, last April. During his visit last year, Mr. Soares shared an in-depth vision of the Brazil biotech market with SMEs.
